Okay 10/10 would recommend. My husband and I were initially working with another agent (we didn't know Scott yet). This agent had taken a 2-3 week vacay abroad and left us in the hands of his colleague. We liked her at first, but soon realized that she was alllll overrrr the placeee. All over the place, in that she screwed up our bid (Mis-calculated the $$$), which my husband and I caught ourselves prior to signing, thankfully. She was also just really not for a first time buyer, or a second or third... overall quite squirrelly. Anyways... we were referred to Scott through a neighbor I had grown up with. From day 1, Scott has been a breeze to work with. He is knowledgeable, professional, and tactful in working with the other end (seller's agent). He advocated for us as buyers and was able to make the process of buying a house easy. Yes, it's overwhelming, and yes we did ask the same questions multiple times, but Scott met us each time with patience and a plan. He always had a plan. We closed today, and this is our first house. I'm so happy we stuck with Scott; and I'm happy he stuck with us!! We'd highly recommend working with him!
